What we keep
A runbook you publish is public, word for word. Drafts are private and are deleted after a week unless published.
If you sign in with Google, we keep your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID, the runbooks attached to your account, and the routines you save and people you follow. We do not ask Google for anything else, and we never see your password.
To count how often a page is copied or a routine is wanted, we keep a one-way hash of your network address, not the address itself.
What we do with it
We use it to run the site: to show your pages, let you edit them, and keep your saves. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or send you email unless you ask us to.
Scoring
When you publish, the text of your runbook is sent to Anthropic's Claude to be scored. Nothing else about you is sent.
Deleting
Delete a runbook from its edit page and it is gone. To delete your account, email raybould@gmail.com and we will remove it within a week.
